Axar.az reports that on July 2, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the vast majority of citizens in Russia voting in favour of amendments to Constitution.
