Axar.az reports that, the statement came from former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza, speaking about the events in Tovuz.

"There are widespread reports that the Armenian side initiated it - the conflict. If that`s true, this reckless action is completely outside of the spirit of our Minsk Group process. I wish that my former colleagues from the Minsk Group would make a statement. They need to investigate what happened. They need to condemn whoever might have conducted the provocation," - he added.
