We have cancelled visas. But this is not enough. Turkish and Azerbaijani citizens should not need a passport for mutual visits.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavusoglu.
"We did it with Georgia and Ukraine. We have made proposals to travel to Azerbaijan with an ID card."
