Some media outlets reported that Azerbaijan's Chargé d'Affaires in Sweden Gunesh Rustamzade, First Secretary Vagif Seyidbeyov, Attaché for Consular and Humanitarian Affairs Elmar Mammadov, and Finance Attaché Bahruz Mammadli were recalled at the request of the Foreign Ministry.

Axar.az reports that Leyla Abdullayeva, head of the Foreign Ministry's press service, said that this information was not true.

"Azerbaijani diplomatic representatives in Sweden, Azerbaijani Chargé d'Affaires Gunesh Rustamzade, First Secretary Vagif Seyidbeyov, Attaché for Consular and Humanitarian Affairs Elmar Mammadov and Finance Attaché Bahruz Mammadli continue their diplomatic activities in Sweden," Abdullayeva said.
