Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova is currently addressing a plenary session of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly.

It should be noted that a parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova is on its first official visit to the Russian Federation since September 21.

During the visit, the Speaker of the Milli Majlis will meet with Valentina Motviyenko, Chairman of the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The visit will end on September 23.
