On September 27, on the initiative of the other side, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Joseph Borrell.

Axar.az reports that, this was reported by the Foreign Ministry.

During the telephone conversation, EU official Joseph Borel expressed serious concern over the situation in the region.
