Karabakh statement from Estonia

The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region is extremely worrying.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu.

"I urge the parties to immediately cease hostilities and take all necessary measures to prevent further escalation of the situation," he said. "The use of violence to resolve differences is condemned," he said.
