Naryshkin statement on the solution of Karabakh conflict

The escalation of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh is unfortunate and can only be resolved through political and diplomatic means.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Sergey Naryshkin, head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service.

"Of course, the escalation of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia is unfortunate. Unfortunately, there are victims, the parties use heavy weapons. We see that this issue can be resolved only through the application of political-diplomatic methods. Russia will work for peace as usual," he said.
