Why did Yerevan violate the last ceasefire? - Paul Goble

I am not surprised that this latest promised ceasefire isn't going into force.

Axar.az reports that Former US Undersecretary of State Paul Goble stated this while commenting on the violation of the ceasefire by the Armenian side after the third humanitarian ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia:

"It may not for some time. Both sides have reason to ignore it, Azerbaijan because it is advancing and Armenia because it hopes that if the fighting continues, Russia will enter on its side" - he stated.
