We are ready to help Azerbaijan - Guterres

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from UN Secretary General's Spokesman Stefan Dujarric. Dujarric said Guterres was ready to provide humanitarian assistance.

"We hope that the cessation of hostilities will ensure that humanitarian workers have access to all those in need and to all areas affected by the conflict."
