Lavrov and Zarif discussed Karabakh

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The sides discussed the situation in Karabakh.

The ministers also exchanged views on Iran's nuclear deal, Syria, the Persian Gulf region, Yemen and Afghanistan.
