Ibrahim Kalin: A new era is beginning in the Caucasus

The Azerbaijani Army liberated Kalbajar, which had been under occupation for 27 years. Karabakh returns to its owner.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish President's Spokesman Ibrahim Galin on Twitter.

"A new era is beginning in the Caucasus. Turkey will continue to play an active role in the new history of the Caucasus," he said.
