Karabakh statement from Turkey: Discussions continue

Russia and Turkey are discussing the technical details of the principles of the joint ceasefire control center to be established in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

"We are with you in the just cause of Azerbaijan, where we are equal in sorrow and joy," the statement said.
