Russia has strengthened in Karabakh - NATO`s response

NATO foreign ministers will hold a video conference on December 1-2 to discuss Russia's strengthening its military position in the context of the events in the world, including Karabakh and Belarus.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg at a press conference.

"The ministers will discuss what we can do in response to Russia's military expansion. Russia is modernizing its nuclear arsenal, launching new missiles, and deploying new forces from the north to Libya and Syria. We also see Russia increasing its military presence as a result of the crises in Nagorno-Karabakh and Belarus."
