We are back, Lachin, you are no longer under occupation! We congratulate the people of Azerbaijan on this significant day, especially the thousands of IDPs from Lachin.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's Twitter account.

"Lachin is ours, Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" The tweet said.
