Russia is open to dialogue with the US - Zakharova

Moscow is open to a normal dialogue with the United States under Joe Biden's new administration.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

"We do not predict that relations with the United States will fully improve during the Biden administration, in principle, no improvement is expected. We are open to a dialogue based on normal, mutual respect," Zakharova said.
