Lavrov warned Armenians about Karabakh

Emotional statements about Karabakh can have the opposite effect.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"I think it's best to avoid it. Before the start of the 44-day war, we witnessed emotional statements about Karabakh or about Karabakh. The word becomes a material force. In this case, the words of different parties have become a very negative material force," he said.
