The embassy appealed to Azerbaijanis in the US

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, passports expired on or after January 1, 2020, are considered extended until July 1 this year.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States.

"Please note that it is not possible to cross international borders with an expired passport. In this regard, if you are visiting Azerbaijan, please apply for a return certificate through the embassy," the diplomatic mission said.
