After the liberation of Shusha from the occupation as a result of the heroism of our victorious army under your leadership, in your historic speech, you proclaimed the slogan “Shusha, we will revive you!”

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Aydin Karimov, who has been appointed Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha region, during a video conference with President Ilham Aliyev.

"Participation in creative work under this slogan is a great honour and, at the same time, a great responsibility for me. I want to assure you that I will do my best for the timely fulfilment of the tasks and your instructions on the systematic reconstruction of Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, the restoration of its rich historical and cultural heritage, and for the life of citizens in a comfortable and accessible modern city environment. Thank you again, Mr President." - the special envoy said.
