Karabakh statement from Zarif at the meeting with Pashinyan

Official Tehran supports the protection of international law, the rights of national minorities and territorial integrity in the Karabakh issue.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan.

According to Zarif, Armenia is a good neighbor of Iran and has friendly relations between the two countries.

"Personally, you are highly respected in Iran for the steps you have taken to achieve peace," Zarif said.
