There is no Armenian army - Ilham Aliyev

The Armenian leadership now complains that the weapons given to them were useless. You know, it's easier to blame someone than anything. However, they must also say that these weapons were given to them free of charge. Not for a year, not for two years, but for 30 years they were armed against us.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a ceremony to present apartments to the families of martyrs and war invalids in a residential complex in Baku's Ramana settlement on Feb. 25.

We have destroyed them all. There is no Armenian army, it is over," the President said.
