Azerbaijan has no territorial claims against Armenia

Azerbaijan plans to complete major infrastructure projects in Karabakh within three years.

Axar.az reports this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the international conference "A new look at the South Caucasus: post-conflict development and cooperation" held at ADA University.

President Ilham Aliyev also said:

"We will not forget our history, but we have no territorial claims against any country, including Armenia."
