Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the conference "A New Look at the South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation after the Conflict" at ADA University.

The President noted that Pakistan is one of the few countries that does not establish diplomatic relations with Armenia due to its aggression and aggressive policy. This is a true sign of our brotherhood.

"As you probably know, Turkish and Pakistani flags were hung in many places in our cities during the war. It came from the hearts of the people," the head of state said.
