Turkey`s important decision on Shusha

A concrete decision has already been made to open a Turkish consulate in Shusha.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from former Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic, ITV Khabar reported.

"I have good news. Our consulate will be opened in Shusha soon," he said.
