Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkish Council) Baghdad Amreyev had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the sides exchanged views on cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Turkish Council, as well as the upcoming meetings and events of the organization.

Meetings to prepare for the summit of the Turkic Council member states to be held in the autumn of this year, including a meeting of a high-level delegation and a meeting of foreign ministers were discussed.

The parties also discussed the future development of the organization.
