Ilham Aliyev congratulated Putin

President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the country's national holiday - Day of Russia.

Axar.az reports that in his letter the President also mentioned:

"It is especially gratifying that the dynamic and successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, based on the traditions of strong friendship, good neighbourliness and mutual support. I would also like to note the constructive bilateral dialogue and fruitful cooperation between our countries on a wide range of issues."
