The Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has sent a congratulatory letter to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin on the occasion of the national holiday.

Axar.az reports that the letter expressed satisfaction with the high level of strategic partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia.
