Azerbaijan has appointed a new ambassador to Turkey

Rashad Eynaddin oglu Mammadov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Turkey.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard
