Yerevan will use the money allocated from the state budget in early 2020 for the repair of the main H-46 (M2) highway to Zangazur and the reconstruction of alternative roads. This means that the whole of Zangazur, including the main strategic road, will come under Azerbaijan's control.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Armenian expert, economist Milena Gasparyan.

According to him, 1 billion drams was allocated for the repair of the main road to Zangazur a year ago.

"Currently, these funds have been used to restore alternative roads. In other words, our state has lost its way on the H-46 (M2) road," Gasparyan said.
