The Minsk Group stated on the Bayramov-Mirzoyan meeting

The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group can talk about the first meetings of foreign ministries with Azerbaijan since November 2020.

Axar.az reports that the presentation of the co-chairs was posted on the OSCE website.

"Separate meetings can be held with the co-chairs, the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov. The Co-Chairs consider the first meeting of the Foreign Ministries since November 2020 to be a sign of renewal of the two-stage process during the dialogue, ”the statement said.

The Co-Chairs note that work will continue to resolve the remaining issues between the parties. They are also unable to prepare specifically targeted proposals for the de-escalation of their customers' situation and possible changes.
