During his participation in the meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Minsk, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov.

Axar.az reports this was stated by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

The ministers discussed a number of issues on the Azerbaijani-Russian bilateral cooperation agenda, including the events to be held next year on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The parties also exchanged views on the full implementation of the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020, and regional issues.
