We sadly learned that a helicopter belonging to the State Border Service crashed in brotherly Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports the statement came from the Turkish National Defense Ministry on Twitter.

"We wish God's mercy to our martyrs lost in this tragic event, healing to our wounded, condolences and patience to all our Azerbaijani brothers," the statement said.

It should be noted that at about 10:40 today, a military helicopter of the State Border Service crashed during training flights at the "Garaheybat" airfield in the Khizi region. There are people killed and injured among the helicopter crew as a result of the accident.
