The meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan, who took part in the 28th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm, did not take place again.

Axar.az reports that EU foreign policy chief Luke Pierre Devin Bayramov-Mirzoyan said the meeting would take place on December 2. But there was no meeting.

Yesterday, the Armenian Foreign Ministry announced that the meeting could be held on December 3. However, there is no information confirming that there was a meeting between Bayramov and Mirzoyan yesterday.

According to the Armenian side, Bayramov refused to meet.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has not issued a statement in this regard.

It should be noted that the trilateral meeting held in Moscow on December 1 was not completed. Armenia continues to evade its commitments with its statements of November 10, January 11 and finally November 26.
