Belarus thanked Azerbaijan for Brussels' position

On December 17, 2021, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has held a phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Vladimir Makei.

Axar.az reports the sides have exchanged views around the actual perspectives of the cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Belarus.

They have discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation.

Minister Vladimir Makei has expressed his gratitude for Azerbaijan's constructive approach to the clause regarding Belarus based on international law in the Joint Declaration adopted as a result of the 6th Summit of the Eastern Partnership.

The Ministers have also viewed their exchanges on the regional situation and other issues of mutual interest.
