Production of defence industry products increased

Production of defence industry products in Azerbaijan increased by 10 per cent.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Defense Industry Minister Madat Guliyev at an event dedicated to the professional holiday of Defense Industry Ministry employees.

M.Guliyev noted that in 2021, more than 60% of the total output of the enterprises of the Ministry of Defense Industry could be exported.

"As a result, the products of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry have been exported to more than 30 countries, increasing total production by 10% compared to 2020," he said.
