Azerbaijan and Turkey signed 6 important documents

Renewable energy use and energy efficiency, electricity market, electricity distribution, transmission and regulation, new directions in Azerbaijan-Turkey electricity cooperation in accordance with modern challenges and goals of our countries are also the main priorities of the 1st Energy Forum between the two countries, said Azerbaijan`s Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov while delivering a speech in the 1st Azerbaijan-Turkey Energy Forum.

Axar.az reports that according to him, the prospects for the export of electricity from Nakhchivan to Turkey, the development of a trilateral format in the field of electricity, projects, as well as proposals of Turkish companies on the project of 550-megawatt (MW) gas turbine power plant are being evaluated.
