Axar.az reports that the statement came from Iranian President Seyed Ibrahim Raisi while receiving a delegation led by Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, who is on an official visit to his country on January 26.

The Iranian President also noted that our peoples have lived in good neighbourliness for centuries, and Azerbaijan-Iran bilateral relations are successfully developing in all areas.

Seyid Ibrahim Raisi stressed the importance of mutual visits in terms of expanding relations between the two countries.
