Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova met with Estonian President Alar Karis.

Axar.az reports that welcoming the Azerbaijani delegation, the Estonian President expressed confidence that the visit would have a positive impact on the further development of relations between the two countries. He spoke about the history of relations between our countries and peoples.

Recalling the successful cooperation between the two countries in a number of areas, President Alar Karis said there was good potential for further development of relations. He also expressed support for the existing relations between the European Union and Azerbaijan. Alar Karis also said that his country has always supported the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

Expressing gratitude for the cordial meeting and high hospitality, Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova conveyed the greetings of President Ilham Aliyev to the President of the Republic of Estonia.
