The Shusha Declaration is very important for the future of our peoples, as with this declaration the relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey reach a different level.

Axar.az reports the statement came from the Turkish Presidential Administration.

"The Shusha Declaration covers all areas of Azerbaijani and Turkish relations, both yesterday and today, and is a declaration that will lead these relations to the future on a sound basis," the administration said.

According to the declaration, Azerbaijan and Turkey will continue their efforts to strengthen stability and security in the Caucasus region, restore all economic and transport ties, as well as normalize relations between the countries of the region and ensure long-term peace.

It should be noted that the Shusha Declaration, signed on June 15 last year, was approved by the parliaments of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
