The law approving the Shusha Declaration

The law signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the ratification of the Shusha Declaration was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey (Resmi Gazete) and the law came into force.

Axar.az reports that on February 11, while receiving members of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States, Erdogan signed a relevant resolution for the entry into force of the Shusha Declaration.

On February 12, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the Shusha Declaration on Allied Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey.

The Shusha Declaration, signed on June 15 last year, was approved by the Azerbaijani and Turkish parliaments.
