"Proper selection of personnel will significantly facilitate the success of the work. Therefore, first of all, the ability of people to work, loyalty to the state, patriotism must be taken into account in selecting the staff," President Ilham Aliyev said.

Axar.az reports that , the head of state spoke during a meeting with Joshgun Jabrayilov, the new head of the Executive Power of the Nizami district of Baku, Elgin Habibullayev, who was appointed head of the Executive power of the Narimanov district of Baku, and Elkhan Ibrahimov, the new head of the Executive power of the Kurdamir district.
