On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I sincerely congratulate you and your brotherly people on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our interstate relations, which serve the interests of our peoples with historical, religious and cultural roots, have developed dynamically over the past thirty years, and our cooperation has expanded on both bilateral and multilateral grounds.
Saudi Arabia is an important partner and brotherly country for us. I attach great importance to the comprehensive development of our relations based on mutual trust. At the same time, I note with satisfaction the fruitful cooperation of our countries within international organizations, especially within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and express our determination to continue our interaction.
The people of Azerbaijan appreciate the support and just position of Saudi Arabia for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and inviolability of the internationally recognized borders of our country and accept it as a clear expression of our brotherhood.
