Ilham Aliyev attended the groundbreaking ceremony

The groundbreaking ceremony of the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Power Plant to be built in Azerbaijan by the United Arab Emirates' Masdar company was held at the Gulustan Palace on March 15.

Axar.az reports that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.

The head of state addressed the event.
