The 5th Kharibulbul International Folklore Festival kicked off in Shusha, the capital of culture of Azerbaijan, on May 12.

Axar.az reports that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva are attending the opening of the festival.
