Armenia is not taking real steps to sign a peace

Azerbaijan is one of the most mined countries. However, it is the country that receives the least financial assistance from international organizations.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Milli Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Sahiba Gafarova at the Third General Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Baku.

According to him, Armenia has stated that it accepts Azerbaijan's offer of a peace agreement:

"But he is not taking real steps in this regard."
