Today, Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with visiting Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko.

Axar.az reports that according to the Cabinet of Ministers, the sides noted the high-level dialogue between Azerbaijan and Belarus, and expressed satisfaction with the development of relations in various fields, especially in the economy, and trade, industry, agriculture, transport, and transit.

At the level of heads of state, personal relations were assessed as an important factor in the development of Azerbaijani-Belarusian relations.

Despite the negative effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the Azerbaijani-Belarusian trade turnover will increase in 2021.

The importance of successful joint industrial projects was stressed.
