This poses great risks - Bayramov

Artificially prolonging the normalization of relations leads to negative effects, and this leads to great risks.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.

He said that Azerbaijan also states that the conflict is a thing of the past: “In order to normalize relations with Armenia, it is necessary to fulfill all trilateral statements. The priority for Azerbaijan is the restoration of the liberated territories. In the near future, we will witness the return of IDPs to liberated territories.
