Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has left for the Islamic Republic of Iran on an official visit.

Axar.az reports that the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced this on Twitter.

Meetings of Minister Jeyhun Bayramov with Iranian officials are planned as part of the visit.

It should be noted that Jeyhun Bayramov will meet with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, Speaker of the Parliament Mohammad Baghir Ghalibaf and his colleague Huseyn Amir Abdullahian within the framework of the visit.

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who is on an official visit to Tehran, the capital of Iran, met with this country's Foreign Minister Huseyn Amir-Abdullahian.

Huseyn Amir-Abdullahian welcomed J. Bayramov in front of the MFA building.

The ministers exchanged views on the development of bilateral relations, and regional and international issues.
