This was unacceptable and barbaric - Ambassador

The attack on the embassy by radicals based in London is unacceptable and barbaric.

Axar.az reports that British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Elin Suleymanov wrote on Twitter:

"This is a direct violation of the principle of inviolability of diplomatic buildings. I am currently in Baku and I am happy to see that despite the threats to the security of our colleagues, they are safe."
