President received Rwanda's new ambassador

On August 6, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev accepted the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Rwanda to our country Fidelis Ntampaka Mironko.
